How long does it take to fulfill an order?
Average production time is 2–3 business days. Shipping time depends on destination and carrier — you can track every order from your CustomYourPrint dashboard.
Can I upgrade to expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited options are available at checkout depending on product and destination. Contact us with your order ID if you need help choosing the fastest option.
What does Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) mean?
EDT is our best estimate of when your customer will receive the package, combining production and transit times. You'll see updates as the order moves through production and shipping.
How do I connect my Shopify or Etsy store?
