CustomYourPrint connects sellers with print providers and logistics partners across the globe. When your customer places an order, we produce the item on demand and ship it directly to the delivery address you provide.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and selected shipping method.
All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2โ3 business days on average before the package is handed to the carrier.
Peak seasons, product complexity, or facility capacity may occasionally extend production time. You will see status updates in your order dashboard.
We ship to many countries worldwide through our global network of 130+ print partners and 90 printing facilities. Availability of specific products and shipping methods may vary by region.
Some remote areas, PO boxes, or military addresses may have limited carrier service. If an address cannot be served, you will be notified during order processing.

Once your order ships, a tracking number is added to your CustomYourPrint dashboard. Using the tracking number we supply, you can stay updated on progress from manufacturing through transportation.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier. It may take 24โ48 hours after shipment for the first scan to appear.
Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is our best estimate of when the package will arrive, combining production time and carrier transit time.
EDT is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions. Contact us if a package is significantly overdue.
We work with international logistics providers to ensure reliable cross-border delivery, including partners such as SF Express, 4PX, YunExpress, Deppon Express, and others depending on route and product.
The carrier assigned to your order is selected automatically based on destination, cost, and service level.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
CustomYourPrint is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if a package arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages) with your order ID and photos if applicable.
