1. Overview
CustomYourPrint provides print-on-demand fulfillment for sellers and their end customers. Each item is produced individually based on your design and order details.
We stand behind the quality of our production. If something goes wrong due to a printing defect, fulfillment error, or damage during shipping, we will work with you on a replacement or refund as described below.
2. Custom & made-to-order products
Because products are personalized and manufactured only after an order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Design issues caused by artwork supplied by the seller or customer
- Normal variations in color or placement within acceptable production tolerances
3. Eligible for return or replacement
We will review and may approve a return, replacement, or refund when the issue is caused by CustomYourPrint or our fulfillment partners, including:
- Printing defects (faded, blurred, misaligned, or missing print)
- Wrong item, size, or color shipped compared to the order
- Damaged or defective product upon delivery
- Package lost or significantly delayed (subject to carrier investigation)
- Items not received when tracking shows delivery to an incorrect address due to fulfillment error
4. Not eligible for return
The following are typically not eligible for return or refund:
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping address provided by the seller or customer
- Minor differences between screen preview and final print due to monitor settings or fabric
- Customer refusal or failure to collect a package
- Issues reported after the claim window (see Section 5)
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
5. Reporting timeframe
Please report any order issue within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information. Include your order ID, photos of the product and packaging, and a clear description of the problem.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review. For lost or undelivered packages, contact us as soon as possible after the expected delivery date has passed.
6. How to request a return or refund
To start a claim, contact our support team with the following information:
- Order ID or order number from your CustomYourPrint dashboard
- Photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item (including packaging if damaged in transit)
- Description of the issue and whether you prefer a replacement or refund
- For wrong or missing items, include photos of the shipping label if available
7. Review & resolution process
Once we receive your claim, our team will review it within 3โ5 business days. We may request additional photos or information.
If approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Reprint and reship the item at no additional production cost
- Refund to your CustomYourPrint wallet or original payment method
- Partial refund when a full replacement is not required
- Store credit for future orders on the platform
8. Return shipping
For approved quality-related claims, CustomYourPrint will cover return shipping costs when a physical return is required. We will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return label or reimbursement method.
Returns sent without prior approval or outside the approved process may not be accepted or refunded.
9. Refund timing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5โ10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or wallet used for the order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Seller responsibilities
If you sell through CustomYourPrint to end customers, you are responsible for setting clear return policies on your storefront and communicating them to buyers.
CustomYourPrint fulfills orders on your behalf. For end-customer issues, sellers should coordinate with our support team and provide order details so we can resolve production or fulfillment problems quickly.
11. Policy changes
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
